PilotLight Labs is a software systems engineering firm focused on developing innovative solutions for clients across various industries. We build systems along PilotLight Architecture guidelines. These systems are based on principles derived from studying dynamical systems and applying them to cloud architecture and distributed computing systems. The concept of a pilot light is derived from the idea of a small flame that remains lit even when the main source of heat is turned off. This concept is applied to cloud architecture to ensure that systems remain operational and responsive even when individual components fail or are undergoing maintenance.
